Birdie’s retreat at osea island
Birdie brought its team together on Osea Island in Essex for the 2025 company retreat. Haych Digital was asked to document the experience in photo and video and to produce an HR careers film that communicates Birdie’s culture, mission, and rapid startup growth to prospective talent. The resulting content will support employer branding, recruiting campaigns, and future internal storytelling.
